Finances

  • An intake session (first session, information gathering, and treatment planning) will be charged a rate of $190
  • A full 50-minute session (individual, parent, or family) will be charged at a rate of $150
  • A half hour session will be charged at a rate of $90. These sessions offered primarily for parent support sessions.

In order to aid in making therapy accessible, a receipt of services will be sent out post each session. Pending your insurance policy, you may be able to submit this for full or partial reimbursement.

I do not work with insurances outside of Athem and cannot guarantee your reimbursement. I encourage you to contact them directly to inquire about possible reimbursement prior to booking sessions.

In order to avoid a late cancelation fee or no-show fee, please be sure to cancel prior to 24 hours before your session. In addition, reminder sessions are sent out prior, in accordance with your portal settings. You have the option to choose how you receive these, email, text, or both.
